Through confidential interviews with a mixed list of stakeholders comprised of your manager, peers, direct reports and partners; leaders gain a comprehensive picture of what's expected of them, their strengths and areas for development. At the end of the process, feedback is compiled into a personalized report which is reviewed during a coaching session. Together, we will review the feedback to make sense of it and decide on next steps to move forward with courage.
The Leadership Circle Profile
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a well-researched 360° leadership assessment highlighting how leaders are performing against 29 leadership competencies in two leadership domains- Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies with a focus on Relationship and Task. Leaders come to understand their underlying habits, how they are perceived by others, and how their inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership.
